The South Shore Credit Management service is not only different from other companies, but it is also much better for your credit needs!

We do NOT settle or consolidate your debt with creditors. We work directly with the credit bureaus to remove the derogatory items from your report.

To begin the process, we obtain a copy of your credit report. Our report includes all three credit bureaus, all three scores, everything that is on your credit. We will go over both your positive and negative credit history to give you a better understanding on how everything is reported to your credit report. We want our clients to be able to read and understand their credit report so they can better understand how our process will work for them.

Once the credit report is evaluated by our staff, we can then start the process of repairing your credit. It is a month-to-month process in which we systematically dispute the negative and/or incorrect credit history on your behalf. We dispute directly with the credit bureaus so that the changes are instantaneous. We have sales reps that can consult with you either in person or over the phone, whichever is best for you. We always put the client first and respect the value of their time.

We demand validation and verification of derogatory information using the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act. These three laws have been established to protect consumers’ credit reports. We dispute late-dates, collection accounts, charge-offs, bankruptcies, judgments, repossessions, students loans, inquiries, etc. Creditors and credit bureaus are legally obligated to produce documented evidence within a reasonable amount of time, generally 35 days, on any claims they make. If they cannot validate their claims, they must remove any undocumented information from the consumers’ credit report.

Did you know?
